BusyBee IV is a fast-growing IV therapy and wellness clinic offering vitamin infusions, injections, medical weight loss, NAD therapy, lab draws, and whole-person care designed to help clients feel their best. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and adaptable Front Desk team member to be the welcoming face of our clinic and an essential part of our team.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone with a medical background (CNA, MA, or phlebotomist preferred) who loves working with people, enjoys multitasking, and thrives in a supportive, wellness-focused environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, help them feel comfortable and informed, and assist the team in keeping the clinic running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Greet clients warmly, answer questions about services (vitamin infusions, shots, NAD , lab draws, weight loss, etc.), and create a welcoming, professional environment.
- Scheduling & Check-In: Manage appointments, client check-ins, and follow-ups; assist with prescription pickups and ensure timely communication between clients and providers.
- Weight Loss Program Support: Conduct weigh-ins and initial appointments, review progress with body composition scans, schedule follow-ups, and communicate prescription changes or updates from the provider to the client.
- Administrative Duties: Answer phones, respond to text messages for booking via HIPAA compliant messaging system, check clients out, maintain accurate records, process payments, and relay messages to the owners or clinical staff as needed.
- Clinical Support: Assist nurses with vital signs, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized clinic environment.
- Inventory Management: Track supplies, place orders as needed, restock, check-in medications, and keep track of inventory as it arrives.
- Logistics: Run labs to UPS, transport vitamins to The Lodge on weekends, and retrieve supplies from the storage unit or assist at community events as needed.
- Event Support: Attend and assist with off-site infusions and wellness events - great opportunity to earn tips!
- Education & Growth: Learn about our services (vitamins, supplements, peptides, and IV therapies) and communicate their benefits confidently to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses, providers, and ownership to maintain an exceptional client experience.
- HIPAA Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Preferred: CNA, MA, or phlebotomy certification
- Prior experience in a medical, spa, or wellness setting preferred
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills - able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required for occasional errands and event support
- Basic computer proficiency (EHR, Microsoft Office)
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time (approximately 15-20 hours per week)
- Every other weekend preferred
- Pay range: $18–$22/hour tips, depending on experience and credentials
