Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Renton, WA, responsible for overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of Rock Project Management Services. In this role, the Finance Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as monitor project and corporate financial performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring accurate accounting records, managing cash flow, and supporting audits and compliance with relevant regulations. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with project managers and senior leadership to analyze costs, evaluate financial risks, and provide insights that support strategic decisions. This role also includes improving financial processes, implementing controls, and contributing to long-term financial strategies that support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for project-based organizations.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Experience with financial systems and tools, such as ERP platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting software. Must have direct experience with Quickbooks

- Ability to interpret financial data, prepare clear summaries, and present findings to non-finance stakeholders.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, audit processes, and internal controls relevant to construction or professional services.
