What You’ll Do
As our Marine Service Writer, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) connecting customers to our expert marine service team. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting customers and understanding their boating and water-sport service needs
- Writing accurate work orders and coordinating service schedules
- Communicating clearly with technicians and customers
- Providing updates, estimates, and follow-ups throughout the repair process
- Ensuring every customer leaves confident and ready for their next adventure
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have strong communication and customer-service skills
- Are detail-oriented and organized
- Enjoy the boating and outdoor recreation world
- Can multitask in a dynamic shop environment
- Preferably have experience in marine, automotive, or powersports service writing (but we’ll train the right person!)

Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
