What are the responsibilities and job description for the NOC Caregiver - Memory Care position at Rock of Ages?
Rock of Ages is hiring caregivers for our Memory Care.

Our staff have a desire to care for seniors in a beautiful, comfortable environment. We currently have a full time position in our Memory Care unit.
The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help residents. We offer 80 hours of paid training.
Qualifications:Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work well with others
- Desire to provide quality care to the elderly
- Excellence written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and focused on bettering others’ lives
- Food handler’s card or ability to obtain upon hire
- CPR certification or ability to become certified upon hire
- Ability to pass criminal background check with ORDHS
- Ability to perform job duties with or without a reasonable accommodation
Preferred:
- Valid CNA Certification with Oregon State Board Nursing (preferred)
Shift: (3) 12 hour shifts per week 6pm – 6am
Wages: $18.00 - $24.00/hr DOE $0.50 shift differential for Eve/NOC
- $18 - $20 DOE for unlicensed caregivers
- $24 DOE for Caregivers with CNA License
