Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years as a kitchen manager or similar position
- High school graduate
- Basic Point of Sale and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Effective time-management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- A fun, friendly and outgoing personality
Experience:
- Restaurant Shift Management: 2 years (Required)
- Knife Skills (Required)
- Sushi / Hibachi (Preferred)
License:
- ServSafe Food Handler (Preferred)
