What You’ll Do (your Setlist)
- Headline the guest experience: greet, read the room, and make every guest feel like a VIP—Headliner Hospitality at the bar.
- Craft consistently: build cocktails to spec, balance flavors, batch preps (syrups, juices, garnishes), and dial in presentation.
- Sell through service: offer tastings in taster glasses, suggest pairings with pizzas/apps, and spotlight features & beer releases.
- Move with purpose: manage high-volume tickets, run tabs, handle cash/POS accurately, and keep a clean, organized station.
- Serve responsibly: verify IDs, pace high-ABV orders, and use sound judgment.
- Team first: communicate with host/servers/expo, help stage the pass, and jump in where the shift needs you.
- 1–2 years bartending in high-volume or craft-focused spots (brewpub experience = big plus).
- Cocktail fundamentals, beer knowledge, and curiosity to keep learning.
- Calm, quick, and clean—under pressure you get sharper, not sloppier.
- Respect for standards: sanitation, allergy awareness, ID checks, and safety.

- Valid alcohol service certification and food handler (or ability to obtain).
