Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team and help deliver an exceptional beverage experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable in mixology, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft high-quality cocktails, wine, and beverage offerings with consistency and creativity.
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and in the dining room.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless beverage service throughout the restaurant.
- Uphold all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service.
- Stay informed on menu changes, seasonal offerings, and beverage trends.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- 2 years of bartending experience in a mid-fine or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- TABC certification (or local equivalent) preferred.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
