Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Role: Full-time, on-site provider delivering OB-GYN and prenatal care in a community-focused healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for women across all ages, focusing on prenatal care.
• Provide culturally sensitive services in English and Spanish to meet patient needs.
• Manage a steady outpatient workflow with approximately 20-24 patient encounters daily.
• Create and document individualized care plans, monitor prenatal progress, and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on prenatal wellness, nutrition, family planning, and postpartum care, with referrals for high-risk cases.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for visits, labs, and diagnostics.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program with Women's Health focus.
• Active, unrestricted California license as NP or PA.
• National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience managing prenatal and obstetric patients.
• Valid DEA registration and current BLS/CPR certification.
