- Implementing therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Operating specialized equipment safely and effectively
- Assessing patient progress, adjusting treatments, and documenting outcomes
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
- Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
- Maintaining a safe environment and adhering to regulatory standards
- Participating in quality improvement and professional development activities
- Assisting in discharge planning for continued patient recovery
- Valid Physical Therapy license per state requirements
- Current BLS certification
- Critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, PC skills, and ability to follow instructions
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to irregular schedules
