- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on childbirth processes and postpartum care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Current RN license in Alaska or eligible for license transfer.
- Strong knowledge of labor and delivery procedures and protocols.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
