Charge RN - Operating Room - Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Charge RN for the Operating Room in Hillsboro, OR, working at 0.9 FTE Night shifts.

Responsibilities include supervising OR staff, coordinating surgical schedules, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with policies and protocols.

• Provide leadership and support to the surgical team during night shifts.
• Assist with patient assessments, prepping, and post-operative care.
• Ensure sterile techniques and infection control standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and patients’ families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report incidents promptly.
