- Provide specialized perioperative care to cardiovascular surgery patients during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
- Assist surgical teams with cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Monitor patient vital signs, anesthesia, and surgical instruments throughout procedures.
- Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Current RN license in good standing
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and appropriate perioperative or CVOR training
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
