Seeking a dedicated Therapist in Training for a Family Preservation Team serving children, youth, and adults in community-based settings across multiple counties. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide in-home therapy using strength-based, evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic services tailored to individual and family needs
- Create and implement goal-focused, individualized service plans
- Work in diverse settings including homes, community locations, and offices
- Maintain accurate documentation per agency and funding standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Relevant practicum experience
- Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
