Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing required; Master's preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- Minimum of five years' clinical experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Certifications in BLS and NRP or ARC-NALS required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills essential.
