Role Overview

Qualifications & Skills
- Current state RRT license and degree from an accredited institution
- Basic Life Support certification (within 30 days of hire)
- ACLS and PALS certifications (within six months of hire)
- Preferred: one year of experience, ACLS certification
- Measure lung function and analyze blood samples
- Administer and evaluate respiratory therapies
- Respond to emergent situations and assist in code responses
- Educate patients and families on illness management and community resources
- Maintain respiratory supplies and equipment
- Perform diagnostic tests and collaborate on treatment plans
