- Assign and manage work schedules based on resident needs and staff capabilities.
- Handle staffing arrangements, including call-ins and unit transfers, and oversee performance evaluations.
- Ensure smooth unit operations, especially during absences of senior management, using independent judgment and adherence to policies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred.
- Current state RN license and CPR certification (or within 90 days of employment).
