Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in a night shift, part-time role.
As an RN, you will coordinate safe patient care under the supervision of the Nurse Director/Manager, assessing patient and family needs, developing and revising care plans, and delegating tasks to optimize outcomes.
Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, prioritizing goals, evaluating care delivery, and ensuring adherence to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications include current Kansas RN licensure, an associate’s degree in nursing, and BLS certification. For specialized units, ACLS and oncology certifications are required. All certifications must be obtained within the first year.
Preferred candidates have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, at least one year of recent experience in similar settings, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
