- Delivering care in patients' homes, fostering personalized and comfortable treatment environments
- Building rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and independence in a home-based care setting
