- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families about care procedures and recovery processes.
- Ensure safe transitions of care within a team-oriented, growth-focused environment.
- Current licensure as a Practical/Vocational Nurse.
- Strong clinical skills in bedside care and patient monitoring.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
