Responsibilities: Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs, collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership, and deliver care following established plans of care.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Pennsylvania LPN license, TB test, BLS CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent management.
Key Duties: Ensure safe, consistent care in line with CDC guidelines, utilize PPE, and work within a supportive clinical team with RN oversight.
