Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care in both in-person and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume targets.
- Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, and develop diagnoses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and community outreach activities.
- Support new employee onboarding and foster a positive work environment.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Active license, DEA registration, and ability to treat all ages.
- Preferred 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience, with proficiency in telehealth.
- Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to quality care.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

- On-call responsibilities may be required periodically.
