Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Role Overview: The Provider, a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, delivers high-quality healthcare in clinical and telehealth settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. They lead clinic staff, review patient histories, diagnose, prescribe, and interpret diagnostic tests, adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory standards such as HIPAA. They must work efficiently in fast-paced environments, manage patient follow-ups, and communicate effectively with team members and patients through virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals.
• Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure quality service.
• Conduct patient assessments, reviews, and diagnostics.
• Develop diagnoses, prescribe medications, and recommend treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with policies and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and community outreach.
• Support new employee onboarding and foster a positive work environment.
• Perform duties within standard protocols, including on-call responsibilities for certain roles.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Active license, DEA registration, and DOT certification (within 120 days if applicable).
• Ability to treat all ages, adapt to evolving protocols, and work independently in a team-oriented setting.
• Experience with telehealth is preferred.
