Client Care Supervisor

Role: Client Care Supervisor responsible for overseeing client care, building relationships, and driving growth in a home care setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
• Monitor client health and update care plans accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns.
• Visit clients regularly to assess well-being.
• Collaborate with team members on growth strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase billable hours and services.
• Ensure accurate documentation and clear caregiver instructions.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare or home care.
• Proven success in goal achievement.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Friendly, relationship-builder, capable of working independently and in teams.
• Comfortable home visits with a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a vehicle.
