What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook/Grill Cook/Prep Cook position at Rock Harbor Grill?
Grill Cook / Line Cook wanted. Breakfast Experience Required.
Weekends required; responsible, reliable.
Great hours, Grill opens 7am - 6pm/8pm. Extended hours on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday Evenings, closes at 8pm. Grill is located at a 36-hole golf course.
Competitive pay.
* Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
* Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing and preparing sauces.
* Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
* Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces.
* Performs inventory checks.
* Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.25 per hour
