Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Meeting and greeting golfers ensuring a positive first impression and giving player assistance.
- Course Operations: Assisting with tee time management, providing information about the course, and coordinating with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Equipment Handling: Assisting with rental equipment, cleaning clubs, and maintaining storage areas.
- Maintaining Grounds: Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of areas and course.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with guests and other staff.
- Knowledge of Golf: Understanding of golf etiquette, rules, and basic operations.
