What You’ll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health status and changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Current RN license in Minnesota in good standing
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
