What You'll Do
? Advocate for residents and their families
? Assist with admissions, care conferences, and discharge planning
? Provide emotional support and counseling resources

What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field required
✔ Long-term care experience preferred but not required
