JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist drives full-cycle recruiting initiatives to support organizational growth across production, service, and corporate functions. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and strong partnership with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract talent across production, service, and corporate positions
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines to support ongoing and high-volume hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, role requirements, and workforce planning needs
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, follow-up, and professional engagement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting activity within the HRIS platform, ADP workforcenow
- Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screen and MVR reporting and onboarding steps
- Track and meet key recruiting metrics to support hiring effectiveness
- Similar duties as assigned
EDUCATION/ SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, production, or high-volume environments
- Experience working in small or lean organizations preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 - 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, Field Service or high-volume roles
- Experience working in small or lean organizations preferred
- Experience with hiring platform, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
SKILLS:

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
