- Plans and implements on-site productions engineering support for mixed media events
- Schedules and leads technicians installing, testing, operating and removing production event support technology equipment
- Manages resolution of technical problems during live production events
- Coordinates preventative maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the facilities systems and equipment
- Collaborates with campus departments to define technical needs, identify problems, and provide production system solutions
- Participates in ongoing professional development and participates in committees, task forces, and special projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of live television or live event production operations and engineering
- Knowledge of audio/visual signal processing systems
- Skill in network and IT infrastructure technologies
- Skill in customer service
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to trouble shoot problems and implement solutions
- Associate's degree in related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
