Job Responsibilities:
- Spend time with guests to determine vehicle needs and discuss vehicle options
- Participate in vehicle test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features
- Follow-up with prospective customers and return email, voicemails and texts
- Follow-up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate leads
- Support online customers by setting appointments
- Gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology to become auto sales expert
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience working with guests and providing exceptional experience
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency (digital and Internet savvy a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Most possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-up
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
