TITLE: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
- Current RBT certification required
- Physical ability to perform tasks including walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance records, ensuring reliable and punctual presence in the workplace.
- Demonstrated competency in assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

REPORTS TO: Director of Special Education
COMPENSATION: $23.00 per hour
SUPERVISES: None
JOB GOAL: Responsible for providing one-on-one therapy addressing goals prescribed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
- Provide direct 1:1 support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure effective interventions
- Communicate with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders regarding progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress reports
- Attend regular supervision and training sessions
