We are seeking a skilled and dynamic FES Trainer Designer to join our team. The Trainer Designer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs to our employees, partners, and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and learning.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $76,000-$142,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic FES Trainer Designer to join our team. The Trainer Designer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs to our employees, partners, and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and learning.
- You deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring participants gain a deep understanding of the subject matter
- You design learning programs that address the identified competencies and learning objectives. These programs can include a mix of formal training, workshops, on-the-job learning, mentoring, coaching, and self-directed learning
- You collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods
- You evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions. Make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes based on analysis of feedback
- You optimize stakeholder engagement through strategic communication in both pre-training and post-training phases
- You have a BS/BA or a combination of equivalent education and work experience
- You have a minimum of 3 years of related work experience (clinical laboratory, hospital, sales)
- You are open to occasional local or global travel (~10%) for training sessions or conferences
- You have proven experience in technical training, instructional design, or curriculum development
- You have experience with eLearning platforms, virtual training tools, and multimedia authoring software
- You have a certification in instructional design or training facilitation
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
- You demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders
