Electrical Engineer (EIT or PE) – Mission Critical / Healthcare Projects

We are currently partnered with a well-established engineering consulting firm in the Dallas area that is actively looking to add an Electrical Engineer to its growing team.
This role will focus on the design of electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of projects, including mission-critical facilities, healthcare, and federal work. It is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on design and wants exposure to complex, high-impact projects.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems for mission-critical, healthcare, and federal projects
- Develop power distribution systems, lighting layouts, and one-line diagrams
- Perform load calculations, short circuit, and arc flash studies
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to produce construction documents
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other disciplines
- Support projects from concept through construction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- EIT or PE license, or working toward licensure
- 2–10 years of experience in electrical design, MEP or consulting preferred
- Proficiency with Revit and or AutoCAD
- Experience with power distribution, lighting, and building electrical systems
- Familiarity with ETAP, SKM, or similar software is a plus
Compensation
- EIT, $85,000 – $100,000 base
- PE, $110,000 – $140,000 base
- Bonus potential based on performance
