.NET Developer – Contract-to-Hire | Montgomery, AL

We’re looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join an established technology team supporting enterprise-level systems in a public-sector environment. This is a contract-to-hire position offering on-site collaboration in Montgomery, Alabama.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain secure, data-driven applications using C# and SQL-based databases.
• Contribute to back-end and integration development that supports business-critical workflows.
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance performance, data quality, and system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow structured development standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience with C# / .NET (Framework or Core).
• Strong understanding of relational databases and proficiency with SQL for complex queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and collaborate across technical teams.
• Experience with version control tools and basic familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus.
• 3 years of experience.
