Job Summary:
The Office Administrator will help with the organization and running of the daily administration
operations of the company.
Duties/Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive
- Assist customers regarding operations, product and orders
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Checks customer account for credit and outstanding payments
- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit transactions
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and e-mailing
- Manage, order and maintain office supplies
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail
- Prepare banking deposits and cardlink processing
- Bulk Oil and Fuel reconciliation and inventory maintenance
- Assist with driver dispatching
- Prepare bill of laden for fuel deliveries
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Post cash payments
- Work collaboratively with corporate accounts payable, accounts receivable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
- Assist with month-end closing
- Assist with year-end inventory
