Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our pet parents here at Rob's Dogs! The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be a self-starter, and goal oriented. You will be responsible for helping people and their families find training programs that fit their individual needs. Loving dogs is a MUST HAVE!
***** Make up to $75,000-$120,000 per year with commission
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Actively engage with owners and their pets to fully understand their unique situations and needs.
- Assist in supervising team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Utilize basic math skills for sales calculations, inventory management, and promotions and discounts.
- Following up on leads/cold calling, answering phone calls, intake of pets, evaluations for prospective clients and any other duties to assist the front desk.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is REQUIRED.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Canine care and handling!
SCHEDULE : WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY 8AM-5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
