Phone Sales Representative
We’re looking for a confident, friendly Phone Sales Representative to join our growing team at Rob's Dogs. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, can build trust quickly over the phone, and enjoys helping dog owners find the right training solutions for their pups.
What you’ll do:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from prospective clients
- Educate dog owners on our training programs and services
- Confidently close sales and schedule evaluations or classes
- Maintain accurate client notes and follow up with leads
- Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and warmth
- Greet owners and their pups as they are welcomed into our training center
- Intake of animals and belongings
- Scheduling lessons and booking appointments
What we’re looking for:
- Strong phone communication and sales skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle objections and guide conversations naturally
- MUST LOVE DOGS
- MUST LOVE PEOPLE
- MUST SOUND AMAZING ON THE PHONE
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred (dog experience is a plus, but not required)
