Job Purpose
This position supports the development and implementation of Robinson's Environmental, Health & Safety programs across manufacturing and field service operations. Working closely with the EHS Manager, this position helps identify and reduce operational risk, promotes a proactive safety culture, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with employees and leadership to continuously improve workplace safety and environmental performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct routine EHS inspections and risk assessments across all RF locations.
- Assist with incident investigations and root cause analyses. Including corrective action completion.
- Assist with the Worker’s Compensation processes and case management.
- Maintain up-to-date employee injury files, including records of reported injuries and medical updates.
- Maintain EHS databases and KPI dashboards.
- Participate in Hazard Assessments and help to identify opportunities to reduce operational risk.
- Assist in maintaining OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory compliance for all facilities.
- Support environmental permitting and reporting activities.
- Assist with New Employee EHS Orientation and training.
- Coordinate and deliver required EHS training as needed, including support for training material development.
- Assist with DOT Compliance requirements
- Assist with Hazardous/Non-Hazardous Waste Management Program
- Coordinate safety and wellness engagement activities
- Coordinate with site General Managers to ensure compliance with Workers' Compensation systems across different states.
- Use strong problem-solving skills and work with site General Managers to coordinate EHS care and fulfill necessary requirements.
Qualifications (Required and Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in safety management, safety sciences, or similar/related field.
- 2-4 years of EHS experience required; manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
- Must be comfortable presenting in meetings and in front of small to medium sized audiences.
- Familiarity with EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required; experience with risk management software is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate the same to the organization.

- Will require travel to our sites in FL, UT, and AL approximately 15% - 20% of time.
- Successful candidates will exhibit strong communication skills, a high level of integrity, and ability to adhere to safety guidelines and properly implement new changes. They will have extreme attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Measurement of Success/Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
This position will monitor key safety performance metrics and ensure appropriate response and improvement plans are in place.
