We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable & Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, has excellent organizational skills, and takes pride in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts payable
• Enter data accurately and maintain organized records
• File, scan, and organize electronic and paper documents
  
• Run occasional business-related errands
• Answer phones and assist visitors professionally
• Assist with general office duties and administrative projects
• Support the accounting and management team with day-to-day office operations

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable with a high level of accountability and integrity
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced office
• Previous accounts payable or office experience is required
