The Pavilion at Robinson Terrace Assisted Living Program is seeking a dependable and compassionate Medication Technician to join our team. The Med Tech plays an important role in ensuring residents receive medications safely while supporting overall resident care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
- Accurately document medications in the Medication Administration Record (MAR)
- Monitor residents and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
- Maintain medication cart and medication room organization
- Support residents with daily care needs as appropriate
Qualifications
- Medication Technician certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous assisted living or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well with residents and team members
- Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
