Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Kitchen Staff throughout an entire shift, ensuring efficient and smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure all Team Members accurately follow recipes and read tickets to prepare orders correctly.
- Monitor and enforce accuracy in weights and measurements for all recipe items.
- Maintain speed of service by ensuring Team Members work at an optimal pace.
- Oversee the cleanliness of workstations and ensure they are clean at all times.
- Ensure overall facility cleanliness, including dining room, restroom, and parking lot areas.
- Step in to perform any kitchen tasks as needed during the shift.
- Address guest issues and consult with management on complex concerns.
- Maintain a positive working environment, treating all employees with respect while providing direction and feedback.
- Communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
- Adhere strictly to all Company policies and procedures.
- Learn and impart deep knowledge of food safety systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience required.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Skills: Ability to multitask, maintain organization, and ensure high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
