Duties & Responsibilities:
· Oversee leadership and execution
· Maintain knowledge of proper policies and procedures
· Set the example for excellence in customer service, food preparation and safety
· Work with other Directors to assure seamless execution of requirements
· Brainstorm and communicate any process improvement ideas to Director of Operations and Operator
· Diffuse any disagreements amongst employees and unify employees to work as a high-performance team
· Must handle money
· Work in operations when needed
· Occasionally make a recap of the day/night for all leaders/directors
· Supervise and assist in all daily operational positions such as: making waffle fries, bagging food, taking orders, making sandwiches, making drinks, making shakes, etc.
· Be able to lift 50lbs
Required Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience and knowledge in restaurant leadership
· High energy
· Proven leadership skills in regard to ability to manage a high-performance team
· Problem-solving mindset
· Responsible, accountable, and organized
· Ability to communicate and collaborate with fellow Directors and Operator to fulfill business needs
