Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Project Estimator to handle commercial and industrial fencing projects. This role is critical to ensuring accurate bids, competitive pricing, and profitable project outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Review plans, specs, and bid documents to prepare accurate estimates
Use software like Bluebeam to build detailed cost proposals
Communicate with general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
Manage bids, change orders, and shop drawings
Attend pre-bid meetings and assist with final pricing
Analyze labor, materials, and project costs
Help resolve issues and keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in construction estimating (fencing preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction practices and cost control
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, etc.
Organized, reliable, and professional
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and high integrity

$75,000–$80,000 salary
