Transactional experience such as drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements; counseling clients on strategy and implementation risks; and other transactional fundamentals are required for this position. Prior experience in construction law, familiarity with Relativity software, and experience navigating construction market complexities are preferred. The successful candidate will receive ample learning opportunities, including being part of complex construction contract negotiations and serving as second-chair at trials. Periodic travel along the East Coast is expected.
