Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team at Robins Nest Learning Center of Marion. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and providing support to students with diverse learning needs. Your contributions will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of each student.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support to students, particularly those with special education needs.
• Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
• Foster a love for learning by engaging students in creative and interactive activities.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred OR experience with ECE college classes.
• Experience working with students in a classroom setting is essential (Not required- we can teach you!)
• Knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management are required is a plus
• Ability to create a nurturing environment that promotes student growth.
