Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of litigation matters in state and federal courts, including commercial disputes, regulatory inquiries, and internal investigations.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed analyses for partners and clients.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Support trial teams with preparation, strategy, and execution.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with New York and federal procedural rules.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an accredited law school; admission to the New York Bar required.
• of experience in litigation at a reputable law firm.
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, or white-collar matters is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Strong professional presence and client service orientation.
