Job Responsibilities
- Act as a Talent Advisor for the Corporate Risk portfolio, with knowledge of the organization and external markets of the businesses supported.
- Source and attract top talent with previous relevant experience in Corporate Risk.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to select the best candidates for the Risk teams.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and expectations for Risk roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge preferred), and professional organizations, to find potential candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Provide exceptional candidate and Hiring Manager experiences throughout the recruitment cycle aligned to the client’s customer experience model, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Use deep understanding of the banking industry and market trends to attract and engage top talent.
- Develop and maintain solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs as they relate to recruitment to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies during the recruitment process.
- Manage effective relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs, client's Businesses and other Talent Acquisitions teams.
- Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
- Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
- Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalates issues where appropriate Follow internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or candidates.
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite of the Bank Conduct internal and external research projects as required.
- May contribute to special initiatives by representing the client / the business internally and externally, as a subject matter expert.
- Conduct meaningful market review using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of recruitment programs/ policies/ practices.
- Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements in the recruitment discipline and assess potential impacts.
