Job Responsibilities:
Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process. The type of screening required (criminal, credit, or other verifications) will vary based on the position and client requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing backlog of documents.
- Manually researching/investigating each file to reconcile accounts.
- 1 years of research experience.
- Moderate Excel skills.
- Ability to navigate shared drives (sourcing, retitling, and saving existing documents within a subfolder), create word documents with bullets and minimal formatting
- Attention to detail.
- Investigative skills.
- Self-directed.
- Ability to learn by reading a basic job aid and requiring minimal instruction after training period.
- Familiarity with mortgage documentation, i.e. FHA, FNMA, AAL, alternative to foreclosure letters.
- Working knowledge of FIS, Sageant/Loanserve/Mortgage Serv, CACS/CGI.
- Default Management; knowledge of Loss Mitigation.
