Duties
- Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal staff.
- Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence, agreements, and other documents.
- Organize, file, and maintain case files (electronic and paper).
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlines.
- Assist with preparing, reviewing, and submitting legal filings.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and court staff.
- Support general office management tasks as needed.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in legal support, administrative, or paralegal role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines and work independently when needed.
