What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1 X SYSTEMS OPERATOR position at Robertson and Caine International Yachts?
We are looking to appoint an employee as a Systems Operator within the Assembly B5 - Department. This position will report to the Team Leader.

- Prepare and installation of all Plumbing and Mechanical related Components.
- Installation and understanding of “Pump Systems”.
- Fault finding, problem solving and Commissioning.
- Signing off work completed in Building files & Task Lists.
- Maintain quality and always adhere to quality standards.
- Maintain stable production-delivery.
- Accurate measuring & neat workmanship.
- Minimum: NQF Level 2 (Grade 10).
- Qualification Internal team members:
- NQF level 2(Grade 10) and/or a R&C competency certificate as a Systems Operator.
- Ideal: Plumbing/Mechanical Red Seal qualification.
- Experience: With at least 2-3 years related work experience. (Preferably in the Boating industry)
- Good, planning, organising, communication and control skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet desired outcomes.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
- Decision Making.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Achievement of health and safety standards.
- Good housekeeping skills.
